Description:

In the dramatic film Commitment, North Korean spy Park SungWoong is betrayed and killed by a South Korean agent, leaving his children MyungHoon and HyeIn trapped in a forced labor camp. To save his sister, MyungHoon accepts a dangerous deal from North Korean military official SangChul. After two years of intense training, MyungHoon arrives in South Korea posing as a defector. Adopted by a couple who are actually North Korean spies, he enrolls in a local high school and falls for HyeIn, a bullied classmate sharing his sister's name. MyungHoon soon receives his mission to locate and take out a spy nicknamed Big Dipper. However, as dictator Kim JungIl's failing health triggers a power struggle in North Korea, MyungHoon quickly becomes a liability.
