Cinderella at 2 AM centers on Ha Yoon Seo, a confident and pragmatic team leader at a large company. Known for her attractiveness and respected personality, Yoon Seo has matured greatly after leaving a difficult family past. She finds herself in a relationship with Seo Joo Won, a younger staff member who works at the same company.

To her surprise, Yoon Seo discovers that Joo Won is actually the son of the chaebol family that owns the company.
