During their summer vacation together, several of her friends undergo plastic surgery. However, the dream of physical perfection quickly turns into a gruesome nightmare. One by one, the girls who had the surgeries begin to die mysterious deaths. As fear grips the group, Hyunsu starts to suspect that something is deeply wrong. It becomes clear that her own mother holds the key to dark secrets that have been tucked away for years.
