Churasan 3 unfolds as Eri grapples with the perplexing disappearance of Keitatsu, who vanishes unexpectedly before his wife Shoko gives birth. This mysterious event leaves Eri deeply puzzled and concerned. Simultaneously, her interactions with Fumiya take an unsettling turn as he becomes unusually harsh in his conversations with her, adding to Eri's emotional turmoil. Amidst these personal challenges, Eri is approached by the seriously ill Mihoko, who desperately seeks a safe haven for her daughter, Aiko. Moved by Mihoko's plight, Eri makes the compassionate decision to bring Aiko to Ippukan. Aiko receives a warm welcome from the residents and enjoys a meal lovingly prepared by Mizue. However, the simple act of eating triggers an intense emotional reaction in Aiko; she begins to cry uncontrollably and suddenly rushes out, determined to find her mother. The film explores themes of loss, family responsibility, and the profound bonds between a child and their parent.
