Based on the popular RPG, Chinese Paladin is an action-packed fantasy set in medieval China, blending kung fu, special effects, and wacky humor. The story follows Li Xiao Yao, a young man who journeys to Dream Island to find a cure for his sick aunt. There, he meets and marries Linger, the love of his life. However, the Lunar Sect Cult tricks him, kidnapping Linger and erasing his memory of the trip. After waking up at home with his aunt saved, Li Xiao Yao rescues Linger. Assisted by a mysterious stranger who teaches him kung fu, they travel to the capital to meet Linger's father. Along the way, they face the Lunar Sect Cult, discover their hidden pasts, and fall in love all over again. Starting as a lighthearted adventure, this epic tale ultimately ends with plenty of tears as they fight to save the world.
