Capital Scandal is a gripping drama set in the 1930s when Korea was under the rule of Japan. The story follows Na Yeo Kyeong, a bookstore owner and secret freedom fighter. Completing this web of relationships is Cha Song Joo, a famous gisaeng who runs a high-class brothel.
