Cape No. 7 is an inspiring film that follows the unexpected journey of a makeshift musical group. When a major Japanese beach concert is scheduled to take place in Hengchun, the hunt for a local opening act begins. Aga and Tomoko are tasked with a seemingly impossible challenge: assembling a local warmup band from scratch.
