Boku to Kanojo no XXX is an uproarious gender-bending comedy starring Shioya Shun, Suzuki Akie, Fujisawa Taigo, and Sato Masahiro. The story follows Uehara Akira, a dainty and effeminate young man who has taken a fancy to Nanako. In a bizarre twist of fate, Akira crosses paths with Nanako's mad scientist grandfather.
