Blazing Courage introduces Ah Shou, whose unique name stems from his father Miao Zheng's urgent duty as a "miao zi shou," a fire hose holder, on the day he was born. Miao Zheng, an outstanding firefighter, missed his son's arrival due to this critical call, a past he later sealed away, never speaking of his wife. Ah Shou grows up unaware of his name's profound connection to firefighting, initially planning a career as a veterinarian. However, an accidental involvement in a fire operation ignites a deep sense of honor and purpose within him, inspiring a dramatic career change to become a firefighter. Unbeknownst to Ah Shou, his blood flows with the same passion as his father, leading him to continuously discover life's value in his dangerous work. This journey ultimately guides him toward uncovering the criminal responsible for the fire that tragically caused his mother's death.
