Black Heart White Soul is a gripping crime drama where a robbery case entangles the lives of three strangers in Hong Kong. Tam Meiching, played by Kristal Tin, is wrongfully convicted of attempted robbery. Her wheelchair-bound barrister, Ko Chithang (Kwok Chun On), fails to acquit her, yet they fall in love, and he helps her rebuild her life after prison. Meanwhile, detective Cheung Lapfan (Ron Ng) discovers he accidentally paralyzed Chithang years ago. Surprisingly, Chithang forgives him, and they become close friends. Having overcome family abandonment, Chithang rises as a prominent lawyer hired by wealthy businessmen Ma Kaiyuen (Louis Cheung) and To Yeehang (Waise Lee). However, beneath Chithang’s decent image lies a dark, evil nature. As Chithang wins cases using surprise tactics, Lapfan grows highly suspicious. Soon, Meiching, Lapfan, and everyone involved find themselves trapped in a tightening grip of manipulation and moral dilemmas.
