"Better Halves" is a delightful romantic comedy following the esteemed Ling Wu family, official matchmakers with a tradition dating back to the Jin Dynasty. The plot intensifies when the Lin family announces a lucrative competition for a suitable son-in-law, attracting various matchmakers. Go Fei, a former military official, enters the fray, determined to find Xin, the young woman who saved him and his ideal bride. Meanwhile, Ling Wu Hei grapples with her lazy brothers-in-law, who also work in the family business. A rivalry sparks between Golden Fan and the cunning Chuen Ka Fuk, a marketing genius who targets her matchmaking clients. As couples are matched and new challenges arise, Ling Wu Hei's secret identity faces exposure. Will Go Fei find his love, and what secrets does Chuen Ka Fuk harbor?
