The heartwarming drama Bad Family follows Na Rim Lee Young Yoo, a nine-year-old girl from a wealthy household who loses her family in a tragic car accident. Suffering from amnesia after the crash, her uncle takes a desperate step to help her recover. He hires Oh Dal Gun Kim Myung Min, an ex-gangster, to recreate a fake household consisting of parents, a sister, a brother, grandparents, and an uncle, hoping it will spark her memory. In a rush, Oh Dal Gun recruits a group of oddball characters to play these roles. Although they constantly clash at first, hilarious situations unfold as this mismatched group tries to act like a loving family in front of the little girl. Together, they must also shield Na Rim from the dangerous person who caused her family's accident. Over time, these strangers bond, eventually behaving like a real family and proving that a caring heart is far more important than blood relations.
