Description:

A young employee in Taipei is tasked with revising his tenth draft of a Taiwan-China Cross-Cultural Etiquette Manual, despite lacking any firsthand experience from the Mainland. Reprimanded by his boss for sloppy work and given a week, his path soon crosses with a young woman from Beijing. She has journeyed to Taiwan on a personal mission: to locate her elderly grandmother's childhood first love, separated by the civil war in 1948, who subsequently moved to the island.

Struggling with no contact information, she grudgingly accepts his unusual proposal: he will help her track down the long-lost love if she assists him in perfecting his problematic manual. The arrangement leads her to stay at his flat. Together, they obtain a list of potential candidates from the Veterans Association, narrowing it down to six names. As they travel across Taiwan, meeting various people on their list, the initially bossy woman gradually warms to the boyish employee. Through their shared journey, both begin to open up to each other, fostering an unexpected connection amidst their individual quests.
