Antarctic Journal is a gripping mystery thriller following a Korean expedition led by Captain Dohyung Choi. Their goal is to cross the frozen continent to reach the unreachable point of Antarctica without any supplies. Dragging a heavy sleigh, the team marches on until the twenty-first day, when the youngest member, Minjae Kim, discovers a mysterious journal from a British expedition written eighty years ago. Eerily, the drawings inside look just like the current Korean crew. Soon, inexplicable events plague the group: Jaekyung Seo suffers from a severe cold where viruses cannot exist, a mummy of a British expeditionist is found, and their equipment mysteriously fails. As pitch darkness threatens to swallow them and they lose two men, Captain Choi becomes obsessively determined to push forward. Haunted by strange eyes in the barren wasteland, the survivors must face a terrifying question: does the unreachable point truly exist, or is a dark force leading them to their doom?
