Description:

Akumyo: Notorious Dragon plunges viewers into the turbulent 1930s, following Asakichi, a small-time gangster whose life is a constant gamble. His crippling gambling addiction renders him unsuitable for the family business, forcing him to carve out a new path. He finds an illicit livelihood arranging high-stakes cockfights, navigating the dangerous underworld with cunning and desperation. Asakichi’s chaotic existence takes an unexpected turn when he becomes the patron and lover of Okinu, an enigmatic ex-geisha. This bold move, however, directly challenges the established order.
