Description:

After the Banquet is a gripping drama that begins at a countryside Catholic Church, where university music club members Ji Hong and Yu Ri are getting married. After ten years apart, their old friends reunite for the celebration. The guests include Seung Ho, a married lawyer; Hyeong Woo, a single professor; Kyeong Ho, a television producer; Seong Ju, a businesswoman with a younger boyfriend; and Min Hee, who enjoys a stable family life. During the ceremony, the group realizes that their former classmate Jeong Hee is noticeably absent. The celebration shifts to a vacation home run by the newlyweds, but the festive mood quickly changes when a young girl named Mi Rae suddenly arrives. She delivers a devastating revelation: her mother, Yeong Hee, tragically died in a car accident a month ago. Shockingly, Mi Rae announces she is there to find her biological father. Tension and surprise grip the mid-thirty friends as they are forced to confront their past relationships with Yeong Hee, unraveling long-buried secrets.
