In the poignant drama Ad Lib Night, BoKyung Hyoju Han finds her ordinary life suddenly disrupted when she is approached by two young men from the countryside. Both men are absolutely convinced that she is Myeongeun, a young woman who abandoned her village years ago. However, once they realize she is actually a complete stranger, the situation takes an unexpected turn. Giyeong, the more outspoken of the pair, makes a desperate and unusual plea. He asks BoKyung Hyoju Han to pretend to be Myeongeun for just one night. The reason is heartbreaking: Myeongeun’s dying father wishes to see his estranged daughter one last time before he passes away. Intrigued and deeply moved, she agrees to step into the shoes of another person. What follows is an emotional overnight journey of identity, grief, and compassion.
