Description:

Abarenbo Shogun: Season 11 continues the heroic endeavors of Tokugawa Yoshimune, the 8th Shogun, as he covertly combats crime and corruption plaguing his city. Disguised as Tokuda Shinnosuke, an average citizen known as Shinsan, Yoshimune immerses himself in the populace to investigate societal ills firsthand. Operating from the Megumi fire company, his discreet base away from Himeji Castle, he relies on the crucial assistance of trusted oniwaban ninjas and the fire company captain, the sole individuals aware of his true identity.

Upon solving cases, Yoshimune confronts the wrongdoers, who often attempt to kill him with samurai swords, unaware they face the Shogun himself. He masterfully uses his own blade, typically with the dull side to subdue opponents non-lethally, reserving the sharp edge only for the most malevolent criminals.
