A Change of Destiny is a captivating TVB costume drama following Yip Yeung, played by Benny Chan, and Yuen Hei, played by Steven Ma. Born on the exact same day, the two young men live completely different lives. Yip Yeung is a wealthy man obsessed with the ancient Back Pushing Diagrams, which hold the power to predict the future and change fate. Yuen Hei, who is poor, tries to swindle Yeung with fake diagrams but is caught by master Lee Sing Tin, played by Yuen Wah. Recognizing their potential, Lee Sing Tin takes both as his apprentices. However, drama unfolds when another master, Nam Fong Man, played by Lau Kong, reveals to Yeung that he is a royal descendant of the last dynasty. Driven to reclaim his rightful throne from Emperor Zhao Kuangyin, played by Kwok Fung, Yeung uses his prediction skills to overthrow the ruler. Yet, every calculation foresees a tragic end, forcing him to decide whether to fight fate or return to the righteous path.
