Description:

A Beloved Wife explores the life of Gota, an unpopular scriptwriter whose ten-year marriage to Chika is on the brink. Chika openly disapproves of Gota's financial struggles, despite his consistent efforts to improve their strained relationship for their daughter, Aki. A unique opportunity arises when Gota is commissioned to write a screenplay in Kagawa Prefecture.
