60 Days of Summer follows Dong Il, a remarkably cool septuagenarian who defies his age, embracing technology by cooking with a tablet and actively engaging on social media. His idyllic "golden age" takes an unexpected turn when his son leaves for the U.S., entrusting his teenage grandson to Dong Il's care. Dong Il's perfectly carefree life is promptly shaken by the challenging new dynamic and a strained relationship with the teenager.
